The Madden 10 PS3 is finally live on the Playstation Store. Madden HQ posted our demo impressions on July 25th.

Other great animations occurred throughout my two games. I threw a long bomb down the sideline to Larry Fitzgerald who went up over the defender, tip toed the sidelines and turned it back in towards the middle of the field… all in stride and fluid. I had another play where I made an ill-advised pass into double coverage, but was bailed out by Boldin who reached out between the defenders and attacked the ball taking what should have been a pick and turning it into a first down. On defense I also had a play where my right corner broke on an out route, dove and swatted the ball away with his outside hand. Beautiful play. I had another play while using Polamalu where Warner threw one deep to Fitzgerald and I took control and hit the left bumper as the ball was arriving and Polamalu stuck one hand between Fitz’s and knocked the ball away.

The early release Madden Demo will only be available to 360 Xbox Live gold members and will feature 2 minute quarters for those who didn’t preorder through Gamestop. If you preorder Madden 10 from the retail chain Gamestop you will receive an exclusive code that will unlock a playable demo with 5 minute quarters. This is a very nice upgrade over the otherwise 2 minute quarters demo and will actually provide users with enough time to gameplan a real strategy in the demo.
